As our company keeps growing and interest from outside of the Netherlands increases, we are looking for an International Account Manager to help us bridge the gap between us and our foreign clients. You will be the main contact point for customers who want to commission builds or buy performance parts, meaning you will be responsible for the communication, order follow-ups and making sure that clients abroad get the same personal attention and precision that GorillaBuilds has become known for.
We are looking for someone who understands both cars and people, preferably with some mechanical knowledge or at least an interest in performance automotive work. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and suppliers, assisting in the logistics of sending parts and completed builds abroad, and providing updates on project progress. You will also help with social media communication for our international market and translate customer wishes into the right technical language for our team of mechanics.
The ideal candidate is someone who can hold their own in a fast-paced environment, who is confident with communication and who can think on their feet when something unexpected happens. Experience in sales or account management is preferred.
Requirements:

Fluent in English and Dutch, other languages are a plus

Basic understanding of car mechanics or a strong interest in performance vehicles

Able to work independently and maintain structure in busy times

Comfortable with communication, negotiation and client handling

Living near Rotterdam or willing to commute
